Performance

BYCA presents an annual concert series and maintains an active performance schedule. The experience of performing complements our educational curriculum, and helps choristers to develop confidence, poise, and self-esteem.

Students in our training divisions perform in the Academy's annual concert series and for a limited number of outside engagements. Members of the Concert Chorus gain broad performing experience in venues that range from community settings to famous concert halls such as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and Radio City Music Hall, and with major symphony orchestras and popular recording artistis. The Concert Chorus also makes national television appearances and has toured, so far, in the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and Russia.
