We're so excited to be part of Long Play Festival, a new, three-day destination music festival presented by Bang on a Can. The Chorus will be performing this Sunday, May 1, at 2pm at BAM - The Adam (30 Lafayette Ave). This concert is FREE.

Concert Ensemble will give live premieres of new works by composers: Tania León, Paola Prestini, Olga Bell, and Nathalie Joachim, and by composer/lyricist team Gity Razaz & Stephanie Fleischmann.

Originally scheduled for May of 2020, Long Play is happening this Friday, April 29 through Sunday, May 1, 2022. Featuring dozens of concerts, including a performance by Brooklyn Youth Chorus on May 1 at 2pm, LONG PLAY also showcases a dense network of pioneering music venues in Brooklyn - with performances at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Roulette, Public Records, Littlefield, Mark Morris Dance Center, The Center for Fiction, outdoor events at The Plaza at 300 Ashland, and more.

Friends of Brooklyn Youth Chorus can get 50% off the festival passes for the full weekend with the code BYCLP. While our concert on Sunday May 1 is free and open to the public, you won't want to miss out on the other concerts in this amazing new festival!
